Introduction: Combining documents into a single PDF is a simple matter of printing them in sequence to pdfFactory Pro. The preview will show the document collection while the new PDF is regenerated in the background. You can add and remove pages from the collection, embed fonts and apply security all without reprinting the documents. When the PDF is regenerated, the size is shown so that the effect of the setting on file size can easily be seen. A send button makes it easy to distribute your PDF once it is created.
