Introduction: Windows Communicator is an universal chat application based on ICQ and IRC functionality. It can work on a LAN or over the Internet. This also comes with Windows Communicator server that starts when an alternate server cannot be found from the servers list. The server is completely invisible and keeps information about a user's list, scheduled messages and messages to send at a defined date or time. You can send public messages, private chat or private messages. This can also work as a spy to let you obtain screenshots remotely, view a list of running applications with a terminate option, reboot, shutdown or logoff network computers. You can execute any application on a target computer as a hidden process and monitor others keyboard activity. Each option can be blocked by users.
