Introduction: This program combines traceroute, ping, reverse DNS and Whois tools into a single graphical interface that analyzes Internet connections to locate where outages or slowdowns occur. An IP location database identifies the geographical location of IP addresses and Web servers, showing the path of an Internet connection on a global map. The domain registration and network provider contact information are reported for each hop of a network route for problem reporting. Options include reverse tracing to initiate a connection test from a remote desktop or data center, port testing, Internet application testing and TCP traceroutes. It also includes tabbed reports, a redesigned GUI, multiple maps and Firefox integration.
