Introduction: This is a free wrapper for MS Internet Explorer that is easy for one- to three-year-olds to use. It does not allow random keystrokes to change the selected Web page and has no address bar or other items. It runs full screen so toddlers cannot accidentally switch to the desktop or another applications and cause problems or lose data.
