Introduction: TextEdit is the simple and easy to use powerful text editor for Windows that allows you view and edit HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, PERL, SQL, Delphi, C, C++ and other languages source code. TextEdit is a advanced tool supporting the features you've always dreamt about, such as tabbed document view, syntax highlighting, bookmarks, unlimited text size, line numbers, powerful replace and find, multiple undo/redo, drag and drop files and other functions. Lines can have bookmarks placed on them either by choosing the "Add Bookmark" command from the "Search" menu. To go to the next choose the "Next Bookmark" command, to go to the previous choose the "Previous Bookmark" command. To clear all choose the "Clear All Bookmarks" command. TextEdit there is advanced "Find..." and "Replace..." commands to easy search word, expression and more character in your current active document and quickly find the next and previous occurrence of some text by selecting it, using the Find Next (F3) and Find Previous (Ctrl+F3) command. In the "Replace" dialog box, you can use 't' as a tab and 'n' as a newline in the search and replace strings, if you check the "Regular expression" check box. You can undo last changes in document, if clicking the "Undo" button on the toolbar, or by using (Ctrl+Z) command and redo last undo command, if clicking the "Redo" button on the toolbar, or by using (Ctrl+Y) command. You can drag and drop files from explorer, using the left or right mouse button, in the application work area and edit it.
