Introduction: TIC Yandex Counter v1.0 is created for definition of TIC - thematic index of citing of Yandex.ru for sites. (Yandex.ru - main Russian Internet server). Data input is carried out from chosen Web-pages and textual files, from a clipboard, "manual" input from a field of input, from input data file. A conclusion of the program: file HTML with values of TIC, opened in a window of a browser or search request is formed to Yandex. The program allows to choose a file and to receive values of TIC for all contained in it WWW - servers. The opportunity of extraction WWW - addresses from textual files and Web-pages also is included. The program will be useful to managers of sites and users of Internet, has intuitive - understandable Russian and the English interface, without installation.
