Introduction: Send Personally for Outlook Express allows to send messages to a great number of recipients from Microsoft Outlook Express. Plug-in adds new button "Send Personally" into the toolbar of Outlook Express and offers an alternative method of sending messages from Outlook Express, separate messages being created for each recipient. The final recipient will receive no information about any of the other recipients. Moreover, he/she will see only his/her name and address in the "To" field, as if the message was sent only to him/her. Please, pay your attention that this product is for Outlook Express only. If you use Microsoft Office Outlook, look at the other MAPILab software - Send Personally for Microsoft Outlook The main problem with sending messages to several recipients from Outlook Express is that all recipients are in the message heading. If the recipient list is relatively small, this doesn't result in any considerable inconvenience. However, if a message is sent to hundreds of recipients, its heading size might many times exceed the size of the message text and any attachments combined. Moreover, the message that contains more than one recipient can be recognized like SPAM and deleted. Send Personally for Outlook Express offers an easy solution for this problem. And you won't need to perform any additional actions. The only thing you will have to do is to press the button "Send Personally" instead of the standard "Send" button (you will find it next to the latter). You can use four predefined macros in the message body or subject line: · %USERNAME% —replaced with recipient's name. If user name is not available, the macro will be replaced with the part of recipient's address coming before the "@" symbol (the fist letter case will be changed to cap); · %USERFIRSTNAME% — replaced with first word of recipient's name; · %USERLASTNAME% — replaced with last word of recipient's name; · %USEREMAIL% — replaced with recipient's address When sending a message, those expressions are replaced with personal data of each recipient. With Send Personally for Outlook Express, no special setup procedures are needed: it is ready to use right upon installation Limitations: · the number of addresses a message is sent to using Send Personally for Outlook Express cannot exceed 500; · the free trial usage period is 20 days
