Introduction: This backup software provides secure backups to local drives, network paths, FTP sites, CDs, DVDs and e-mail addresses with 128-bit Blowfish encryption. The program offers scheduling features which are customizable and allow automation of backups. A Windows NT, 2K, XP, 2003 and Vista service is included which will perform your scheduled backups if you aren't logged in or if Secura Backup isn't running. The Shadow Copy feature backs up files that are in use or locked by other programs including Outlook PST files, Exchange files and database files like MySQL and MSSQL. Secura Backup supports unicode characters which makes it possible to backup files that include characters from Japanese, Chinese and Arabic.
