Introduction: There are many questions a person has when starting pilates. What exercises do I need to do? How do I do them correctly? Is there something special I should be doing? etc. I understand your frustration because I have or had some of those questions too. I have put together this site to help the next person looking for the same information I am on pilates. This site is sort of a “resource box” for pilates. Every bit of information I find that helps me get to that next level and could help you too… I’ll put up here for all of us. The common and not so common questions I’ll put in a special section so everyone can comment, and the articles from respected “gurus” in the pilates world I’ll put up too.
