Introduction: This is a graphical program for keeping a detailed log of your workouts and for creating a personalized schedule. It can be used for cycling, running, inline skating, Nordic skiing, Nordic walking or back country skiing. Personal Trainer also supports a lot of alternative recreational sports like scuba diving, climbing, swimming, tennis or snowboarding. It is based on a four weeks calendar, and shows the planned and performed workouts as blocks using different colors for different intensities as well as symbols for sports. Analyze your training with the included graphical analysis functions, create summaries or search for records. You can also import files form Ciclosport or Polar S Series heart rate monitors like S710i.
