Introduction: This program creates backup copies of Outlook Express e-mail databases. Outlook Express Backup Plus can save e-mails, address books, settings, mail and news accounts, message rules, blocked senders lists, signatures, IE settings and Outlook Express settings to a single encrypted and compressed backup file.
