Introduction: The MicroController Development Suite consists of an integrated development environment including an editor, compiler and a simulator. The context-aware editor will make programming of MicroChip 8-bit PIC MCU's from the PIC10, PIC12, PIC16 and PIC18 families fast and easy. The full version of the Suite has support for over 70 microcontrollers (the Demo version has support for only 4 microcontrollers). The programming language used is relatively easy to learn and has a C-syntax. There is support for four variable types (single bit, 8-bit and 16-bit unsigned, 16 bit signed) aswell as arrays. The compiler handles all code page selects and ram bank selects. The Suite also contains a simulator to test the application before loading it into a microcontroller. Various libraries and code examples are included. Requirements: · .NET Framework 1.0 Limitations: · Demo version only supports PIC16F627, PIC16F628, PIC16F627A and PIC16F628A. Full version supports over 70 devices.
