Introduction: For several years I collected lyrics from various songs into a text file for quick access. The lyrics came from www.lyrics.ch, which used to be a great site for getting lyrics until the cops raided them for violating the copyrights of the music empires. Anyway, my lyrics file became too big for Notepad and after awhile, took a long time to load and search in WordPad. Then, when I installed MS Word, I had to wait a hefty 15 seconds for it to load on my laptop. Plus, I wanted to be able to add lyrics to the file on either my laptop or desktop and be able to consolidate the differences easily later. Lyric Viewer is an application that will read and write a lyric file and which will merge two lyric files into one.
