Introduction: Licq allows you to send and receive messages, chat, and conduct file transfers. You can even create contact lists with pixmaps and user-status icons.The program also supports basic and extended user information options, allows you to add and edit users from within the GUI, and supplies a user history.All commands and information are available through a simple, convenient tab dialog. Licq also has a completely configurable user interface with skin and icon pack support.The program was written in C++ with the Qt widget set.
