If computers in your company are already networked (LAN-Local Area Network) you only need to buy some cheap $1 microphones to get voice communication capabilities for free! If you don't need phones in each office you can save a lot of money by using what you already have: networked computers.. This is a very small and easy to use application with no special requirements for you network. Just download this file and install it on each computer. Check if the microphone is installed correctly. Set up a list of the computers you wish to communicate to, and you've installed your new phone system! When you wish to talk just start the program, choose a computer and hold the CTRL key. While you hold the Ctrl key the sounds your microphone catches are being transfered to the computer you've choosen. The person on the other computer will hear your voice because a part of the application is always active and accepting voice messages.
