Introduction: This program provides growth percentile tracking and charting of children using the latest data on U.S. children from the Centers for Disease Control. It stores data about height, weight, head circumference, and other growth measures, as well as vital signs. Once the data are entered, percentile values are calculated automatically. Then you can create charts that plot the child's growth over time onto the standard percentile growth curves. The software also calculates Body Mass Index (BMI) and supports the creation of many charts.
