Introduction: Anesthesia Clinical Tutor and Calculator (ACTc) is a patent pending, community-guided software development project designed to teach and simplify the everyday calculations that are involved in Anesthesia Practice. By inputting variables, such as patient type, weight, NPO status, evaporative constants and certain blood values it produces patient specific information to include fluid requirements, hourly, evaporative, NPO (HTN and non HTN) with an hourly total guide; pediatric drug dosages (recommended and weight based). Default categories include induction, sedatives, analgesics, paralytics, antiemetics and PALS.
