Introduction: Paddy is a small Text file viewer and editor with some configuration options for colors and fonts. In contrary to Notepad it can also be used with Linux type files. Paddy can decode Hex encoded Html and Script text. The file type flag is set each time a file is loaded and may be changed to save the file in the alternate format.
