Introduction: Doppler is a podcast aggregator that helps you subscribe to RSS feeds which supply downloadable files. Doppler will go out and fetch the files enclosed in the RSS feed and will automatically add them to your preferred media player. And it does this in a very smooth unattended manner. Here are some key features of "Doppler": · You can drop an URL on the Doppler subscription list. A new feed dialog will pop up allowing you to add a feed. · If you do not enter a name for a feed, Doppler will attempt to retrieve the name from the feed. · Doppler can start up in in minimized mode, check Tools -> Options · You can specify where to store the files you download. · Doppler can run at a scheduled interval to retrieve feeds · If you add a feed to Doppler you can specify the number of files to download. This will restrict the download to only include the last number of enclosures. · Doppler keeps track of your downloads in a history.
